We have been repairing bespoke and designer shoes since 1932 and we have been offering a free post service for over 20 years. We have clients from all over England, Scotland, Europe, USA and Hong Kong. The majority of repairs sent to us are repaired using the original materials direct from the manufacturer, and are returned fully refurbished and cleaned within 14 days by courier fully insured

How do I use your free post service?

Download the freepost label by clicking the link.

Fill in the repair form attached to the free post label clearly using capital letters.

Carefully package your shoes and repair form ready for posting, attach the free post address label to the outside.

Drop off your shoes in your mail room or local post office. Don't worry about the new royal mail pricing structure, this service is free.

When the shoes reach the factory your shoes will be examined, we will then contact you regarding recommended work and price.

Only after your consent has been given will any work be undertaken.

On the day of despatch we will contact you for payment, we can take card details over the phone.If you wish to pay by cheque please place the cheque with your shoes and order form. cheques are cashed the day repairs commence.

All prices include postage and packaging and VAT. Free post available to the UK
mainland only.
